An Act to Amend the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Subsection 18(2) of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, chapter S-12 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out "category C" and substituting "category J".

2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
